|Recommended: YesFinally, a place to call home — My first priority before moving here was safety. I like how that there is a security gate recent bonus of uniformed security guards. On top of that, I love that I live on the top floor especially for a one bedroom apartment. The swimming pool, spa, and added amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and business center puts The Grove about all other apartment communities. The service of the leasing office is incredible They are so warm and friendly

|Recommended: YesThis is a REALLY nice place to live — Lovely grounds, beautiful, well appointed and cared for apartments, and good people. There is some parking lot noise in the mornings when people are leaving for work, and the back side of building butts up to Andresen, very noisy. But the neighbor noise isn't too bad, depending on your neighbors of course. However, if you have a noise issue with neighbors, the management is on top of it immediately. But, I'm rarely bothered by either neighbor. The management and maintenance is friendly and very responsive to everything. The pool is lovely, the hot tub great and year round. The fitness center is clean and everything in working order. The price is pretty high, but nicer than any other apartments nearby.

Its a little expensive but i pay extra for the front door garbage pick up and it being gated. If when i do move it will be to a house but if your looking for a nice apartment the grove is great

|Recommended: YesFine to moderate — Overall our experience here has been good. The staff are very helpful and the maintenance folks are very quick. On the downside the layouts of the kitchens in the 2 bedrooms is a little off. With the dishwasher open you can't reach the cupboards above to take care of the dishes, nor can you access the pantry cupboard in front of the dishwasher. Other than that, the layout and building materials are fine.
