|Recommended: YesGreat apartment. Somewhat noisy. — The apartments at The Grove are very clean and functional, if a little bit stingy in cabinet and storage space. The staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Noise from upstairs neighbor was the most annoying aspect. The grounds are clean and very pet friendly
|Recommended: YesAC units should come in all apartments and lights in the living room. — Good staff and no problems with neighbors. I think that the apartments should come with ac units, lights in the living room and a small off leash dog park on site. But other than that everything was delivered as promised
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — I enjoy living at The Grove and will likely renew my lease. My only complaint is that the walls are thin - I can hear the songs my neighbors are playing and their bass rattles my floor and walls. The kids in the complex are also extremely loud and run around everywhere, often without supervision, which can be frustrating. We like living in the complex overall. No issues with bugs or maintenance, love the staff and the package system all amenities the complex offers. I would definitely recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love my apartment, and I have really enjoyed living at The Grove. The property is beautiful and kept up very well, maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The only thing I would change about it would be to add an off leash dog area for my dog so that we wouldn't have to make the drive to dog parks any more.
|Recommended: YesA clean well put together apartment complex. Knowlegable and friendly staff. — I would say this place is one of the better apartments around. The rent is a little high for what you get in return apartment wise. However the friendly staff more than make up for it. If anything goes wrong with the unit then they are right on top of it to get it fixed as soon as possible. They also send out courtesy emails when one of the main amenities is malfunctioning such as the front gate. Clubhouse parties that are put on by the staff here are almost a monthly function which is very nice as well. Overall this is a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat community — We looked at ten places or more before we chose The Grove. And we're really happy we chose this community. The apartment is great, everything works and is well maintained. The pool are, club house and gym are very nice and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and easy access to the freeways. I would highly recommend yo check it out.

|Recommended: YesLove these apartments — New apartments with an open concept layout. Every time you come home, you feel cozy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and take care of any issues you might have. I never heard my neighbors while living here for almost 3 years now. Having gates at the entrance is a big plus since no one can get in unless they have a key or the gate code. Highly recommend living here
|Recommended: YesReview of the Grove — I really enjoy living here, everything is done in a timely fashion and they are welling to help you with any kind of question you have and take any suggestions you have into consideration. I don't really hear my neighbors with exception of sometime the moving something. The only thing I could parochially complain about is overly large vehicles parking in compact spots or taking up to spots with there cars, trucks or work vans. Everyone is friendly and seem to be respectful of everyones space.
