|Recommended: YesVery Happy With The Grove — Pleasant, clean, well maintained, courteous and professional staff. Noise from upstairs and downstairs neighbors can be loud, as can stairwell when people are running up or down.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, great complex — For the most part, we love living at the Grove. As with any apartment community, there are little aspects that are difficult due to the close quarters with neighbors. We hear our upstairs neighbors often, but our next door neighbors hardly at all. Overall, it is a little overpriced for what you get. However, we have enjoyed living at the Grove and enjoy our home.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Living Around — I have thoroughly enjoyed residing at The Grove at 72nd for the past 2 years. It is high quality apartment living in a convenient location. I feel safe, welcome, and cared for by all of the staff. I love the open layout and high ceilings - it really makes the space feel bigger yet still very cozy. I started looking for the perfect upgrade about 3 years ago and I'm so glad I waited the extra year when The Grove opened - it was worth the wait
