|Recommended: YesFrom 3 acres to apartment living.. — I have been very pleased with my move to The Grove on 72nd. The facility is well maintained, the staff friendly and location convenient.
With such a close proximity to the fire station and busy street, I was concerned about road noise and sirens, but to my surprise neither are an issue Yeah
I like the setting, and enjoy looking out at the tree's behind my apartment. It is a nice community setting within the Vancouver community.
|Recommended: YesThe Grove is great — I really like the Grove. The staff and maintenance crew have all been great and friendly. I moved across the country and even having to work on weird timelines and tight schedules, they have all been fantastic. The apartments are great too. All newly built and well maintained. I would actually buy my unit if it were an option to do so.
|Recommended: YesFirst class property property management — The apartments and grounds are kept up extremely well. Property management team is kind and supportive, with great communication to their residents. Maintenance is very responsive. The little extras, like garbage pick up at your door, were nice surprises.
|Recommended: YesHelpful Friendly Staff, Great Amenities, Well-Maintained Property — I have been living at the Grove for about a month now, and there are a lot of things I love about it. As a newer property, it definitely has a lot of modern features and amenities, but on top of that I can tell that they put a lot of focus into the detail and maintaining it, which is very important. When we moved into our unit, it was hard to tell that someone had actually lived here previously. Another thing I really appreciate about our unit is although it's over 600 sq ft smaller than our last apartment, it packs in storage in every corner possible and it has a really well thought out layout. The hallway closets are very generous, the built in bookcases are a great use of space, and the kitchen offers both a food pantry cabinet and a really deep cabinet underneath the counter bar top that easily stores all of my appliances. The outdoor closet off our patio is also a really great thing to have to store away things that used to be in our garage. Those extra touches made it a lot easier to downsize from a single family home.
I also appreciate the 24 hour business center, which I have had to use while moving in to print documents and the package concierge which sends you text alerts when packages arrive. The Grove truly is a gated community, which is also nice, but there is a feature to call your phone from the call box should you forget your key fob or if you have to let in a visitor. The car ports covering the reserved spots are also a great feature, so rainy weather is never an issue when you're loading or unloading your car. Landscapers come every Monday as far as I can tell, and the grounds look great. The green space behind our building on the North end is very large and serves as a great back yard for our dog, especially with the doggie stations set up around the property. My absolute favorite amenity is the trash recycling nightly pick up 5 nights a week at your front door - worth every penny
The staff at the Grove has been incredibly helpful. My husband and I had moved across the country, site unseen, but they were always there to take our calls and answer questions. If I had only two negative things about this property, one would be our neighbor who slams their door often this comes with apartment living, unfortunately and the road noise from Andresen that runs along the property. However, the windows are all new on the property and do offer a decent sound barrier when closed. Other than those noises, we are on a third floor unit and cannot hear any neighbors at all. All around a really great property and I would highly recommend it.
|Recommended: YesNo complaints so far — From the two months we have lived here, we think The Grove is a nice place to live. Fairly quiet if the windows are shut we live on the top floor with only one shared wall . Parking is convenient and there is lots of guest parking around. Well kept in general with nice neighbors and helpful staff.
|Recommended: YesGood choice for apartment living — I am very happy I have found this place, I feel the size of the complex is perfect, it gives the staff more of an opportunity and time to be personable with everyone.. the grounds are always clean, quite and feels safe .
|Recommended: YesIt is a wonderful place to live — The neighbors and staff are among the friendliest around, and this location is tucked away enough that you may not know it is there, but it is so convenient to pretty much anything you would need to do in Vancouver, and minutes from Portland
|Recommended: YesMaking You Feel at Home — The Grove does a great job of building community, on top of the ground being well kept and noise levels being monitored closely. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. The waste vallet is my favorite It's so easy and they are encouraging recycling. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean community.

|Recommended: YesPerfect, uptodate, stylish, safe place to call home — The property Is small which makes it more quiet, everyone is friendly and courteous of their neighbors and others. Both maintenance requests I've made have been resolved within 24 hours or less. Parking is great and the layout of the property makes it easy to explain to guests how to make it to your building. The floor plans are just right and are very stylish.
