|Recommended: YesThe Grove is a safe oasis with great amenities — The Grove is a beautifully maintained gated community with wonderful amenities seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, fitness center, package concierge, business center with printer, trash recycling pick-up at front door 5 nights per week , ample parking, dog and child friendly. The apartments are spacious, clean, have great natural light, storage, and have landscaped outdoor space in back. Only complaints are that the office staff are often unavailable, phones get routed to a call center for multiple properties, and we can hear the neighbors above snoring, etc.
|Recommended: YesOverall, a nice place to live — Coming from a single level condo to an apartment half the size is a challenge. This is ground floor, which is desirable, but hearing someone above me will take some getting used to. Only having a neighbor on one side is nice, but the bedroom backs up to garages extra rent - makes this our of reach for me . Most use for storage, unfortunately for me, the person with that garage has a very loud car which sounds like it is being driven into the bedroom. Very disconcerting late at night.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful place to live — Only been here a few months but I am impressed with the quality of the materials and the overall look of the apartments. The grounds are kept up. The staff seems to be very helpful and friendly.

|Recommended: YesGreat temporary home for me furry friend and i. — The hard floors make my apartment prone to lots of loud noises from my neighbors. Right behind my apartment right outside my windows is a dog walking area, so i feel like i have no privacy and i have to have my blinds shut even on sunny days which is lame but it makes good entertainment for my cat
Over all, love the feeling of my first apartment. Im glad i chose to live here.

I just so happen to have loud neighbors above me, which is starting to become some what
annoying. Overall not a bad place to stay.
|Recommended: YesI love the apartments, hate my neighbor — Unreasonable neighbor leaves passive aggressive notes on my door and stomps on the ground late at night because he expects complete silence when he sleeps, but is fine making all kinds of noise when he feels like it. Worst apartment neighbor I've ever had.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, pets everywhere but they are seldom heard — Great place. no problems with parking. Pets all around but still very very quiet. The ladies in the office are great. Everyone is very nice. I am very happy that I picked The Grove at 72nd.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, feels upscale, gated. — Enjoy living here very much, even though I do find it a bit pricy. But I like my neighbor, the maintenance staff is very quick on their feet, the office staff is friendly, helpful, and available. The property is maintained quite well and the free amenities of pool, computer room, and small gym have been extremely useful.
