|Recommended: YesQuiet, safe, clean — I love living at the Grove I really appreciate the gate as a deterrent to people who don't live there. I also love that its so quiet and clean When I'm home I don't feel like I'm living in an apartment because I don't hear all the noise and commotion you normally would. I also love the layout of my unit located above the garage rental- just the right amount of space for one person, and so cute

|Recommended: YesDon’t expect to enjoy the pool — It’s a great community, I feel safe, grounds are clean, layout is spacious. In the three months we’ve been here we’ve never been able to enjoy the pool as it is always crowded and there’s never been a spot for us. And the pool was a huge reason we chose this complex. We can hear the neighbors above us using the shower, flushing the toilet, walking, basically everything. Also when we first moved there was a ton of parking but within the last month I’ve noticed our neighbors keep cars and work vehicles stored in parking spots and they never move which means when we have guests, they can’t park anywhere but outside of the gates. It is a beautiful community though, just growing fast and becoming to crowded for our liking.
Hi Michelle. I am sorry to hear that your time here has been less than almost perfect, which is what we strive for. I hope that since you originally posted this review, some of these issues you presented have gotten better. At one of our community meetings parking was brought up and all the staff here worked really hard to come up with a plan to benefit residents - I hope you can see a positive change. If not, then please let us know! This year we hope that with so many changes we have implemented, that you get to enjoy the pool this summer. |Recommended: YesThe Grove — I would recommend them to live here but somedays may find it difficult to find parking. As well as hearing your neighbors running upstairs.

|Recommended: YesThe Grove is Home for Apartment Living — My husband and I spent a long time looking at apartments before we found The Grove at 72nd. After leaving our first tour we knew this was the community we wanted to live in. The design and layout of the apartment is brilliant and allows for a nice flow for daily living. The location keeps you close to everything you could need. Even our 5 year old was excited about the apartment. We have been a part of this community for 14 months now and are excited to renew our lease. This is the perfect community for our growing family. The grounds are beautiful, neighbors are kind and respectful, and the management team is amazing. We tell everyone who will listen to us how much we love our apartment and we have had friends and family move to the complex as well as a result.

|Recommended: YesIt is very clean and pleasant — I think it would be a nice asset to the grove and their residents to have a bark park. A place for your pets to go an play and use the restroom.
|Recommended: YesMove in Review — Management was extremely helpful and accommodating for all my move in needs. These buildings are so well insulated, I forget I have neighbors Over all the move in process was very easy and so far I'd recommend this place to anyone
|Recommended: YesQuiet and Private — Second car and or guest parking can be an issue, but I think that depends where on the property you reside. Some areas have more availability than others. The staff, both leasing and maintenance are amazing and always quick to respond or assist you. The apartment units themselves are well constructed and insulated. We're on the bottom floor with units both above and adjacent and rarely hear our neighbors. We've been a resident here for just over two years with no plans to change any time soon.
