My husband and I never have to worry. It’s quiet. The maintenance workers are great. They will go above and beyond fixing. Always on time and quick.

|Recommended: YesLoved living here — I loved living here. The staff Heather, Susanna, and Vasili really make the difference here. I have never lived somewhere that was more meticulously cared for, you can tell Vasili takes great pride in his work.
Heather and Susanna are super friendly and quick to handle any questions or issues that come up.

|Recommended: YesHome — After a rough time finding a place for me and my two children, coming to The Grove 72nd was a blessing. I was in my apartment in just days of applying. I love the apartment inside. what I find not so much of a fan of is hearing my neighbors from both sides of my and upstairs. I literally hear the man snoring next door in my bedroom and if I go to my living room I hear the other neighbors dog barking all day long, and the ones upstairs have two little ones and I hear them running and crying. But Ill take all that any day then not having a place to live. So if your looking to be in an apartment and feel like your out in the country as if no one's near you this might not be the place for you. But if your understanding of the thin walls, then welcome home.

|Recommended: YesThe Grove on 72nd is an awesome place to live. The staff, especially Heather and Susanna, are always professional, friendly, and always available to hear and resolve any issues you may have. We are having quarterly community meetings to discuss concerns and help plan events. We had a Friends Thanksgiving, with outstanding food and beautifully decorated tables The attendance at this event was overwhelming. We could actually use a larger clubhouse to accommodate. We just finished a Christmas event. They supplied everything you need to wrap presents, gingerbread houses for the kids to decorate, and the most delicious desserts and drinks to enjoy Awesome prizes, just for showing up, were also given away. I have lived here 4 1 2 years, and feel safe and look forward to more community events. The maintenance crew, also, is so efficient and always takes care of any issues I may have. It's an amazing place to live

Our community is definitely a cut above and we truly appreciate the involvement of all residents that take the time to come and be involved in all of our events. We are extremely lucky to have such an amazing team here at The Grove.
