|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Call Home — I recently moved here this past March and I couldn't be more happy Wonderful floor plans, the maintenance staff is great, and Chase has been extremely helpful and responsive. The only aspect that I've had to deal with is some noisy upstairs neighbors but the office team has been quick to help when needed. Besides that, I've been very happy with my stay here at The Grove at 72nd

|Recommended: YesKind and compassionate staff — I'd like to say that all the staff here at the Grove on 72nd have been very compassionate and kind. They made the move-in process of breeze and any questions or concerns I have which are minimal are quickly addressed. I enjoy living here and it's nice and quiet and peaceful. The residents are friendly and make it feel like home here. I recommend anyone to stay here and make this their forever home. All staff have been great but I have to mention Tony is the best. He's very professional and helped us through the move-in process and getting settled. Tony treated us like family and we feel very privileged to live here. Thanks for all you have done for us. |Recommended: YesThank you — I truly love living here It is quiet. Other tenants are kind and thoughtful of others. Hannah, Drew, and Tony are the best Always quick to address issues and also to share other perks and local information.
Would love to see that we continue to rent to like-minded people and continue to make this a beautiful and more upscaled gated community.

|Recommended: YesExcellent all around — I’ve only been here close to a month but already I appreciate the staff so much Also, I think it’s awesome how they put on events, like the one on Valentines Day. It’s that extra mile that really truly shows they care about their residents. Also, the amenities like the garbage service, year round hot tub access and the package service really is pretty convenient

The only thing is that the neighbors below always like to blast their music tv and it’s super annoying and frustrating

|Recommended: YesGreat Value Overall — My experience at The Grove has been great so far. Only complaint is the noise levels from nearby fire station and loud street racing cars.

|Recommended: YesI would recommend this community to anyone — I am a professional executive and was nervous about moving into a community style living scenario. I did my research and chose The Grove at 72nd based on the excellent reviews, as well as meeting the staff prior. I cannot say enough about this property and the staff in general. It's clean, the staff are incredibly respectful and extremely quick to answer any questions or concerns either face to face or via phone or email. The neighbors are equally pleasant, friendly and respectful. Just as an example, I was out of the country on business and a neighbor realized I was not home and was concerned about some packages at my door. She took them to the main office and the staff called me to inform me that they had put the packages in the concierge lockers for me for when I return. I was incredibly grateful for the thought and kindness. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is

|Recommended: NoIt's a nice property. — It's very constrictive. I am currently experiencing harassments and racial bias from upstairs neighbor the property managers have yet to cease, or even approach me about BEFORE casually inserting what I consider feigned concern about supposed issues in my unit that range from vent issues, WHERE THEY HAVE VOLUNTEERED TO COME REPAIR VENT, that have been reported MULTIPLE times, to my having had police called to my unit for fight with myself and NON existent African American male counterpart. The neighbors stomp, play, loud music, and make racial slurs from their upstairs balcony. Maybe unbeknownst to my presence. I've gone to the office on several occasions in reference to this form of harassment. The current manager stated she is just doing her due diligence to INVESTIGATE their reports. Although NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED me if indeed there is something going on. They have just taken the word of other tenants. This is very tiresome. I do not want to seek legal assistance, but I will if necessary.
|Recommended: YesClean, comfortable, quiet. Friendly staff and really nice pool, gym, and clubhouse. — Peaceful neighborhood, love being in a gated complex. The grounds are impeccable.
